Worst service ever! I usually don't leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. We had a leaky water service line in the yard that they checked on 11/15 in the dark and found nothing, but charged $170 for an after-hours visit. On 11/16 they returned, we paid the fee, and they offered to put an estimate together to replace the line. Still no estimate by 11/27, so I called their office (Randall) and he was going to discuss with manager (Keith) and get back to me. Nothing. Still no response or estimate by 12/3 so I called Randall again...and he had no idea of our problem and asked me to remind him what it was we needed. Finally, estimator (Brian) arrived that same day on 12/3, looked over the situation and was supposed to provide an estimate to replace the line later that day. Nothing. It is now January 3, 2025 and still no response or estimate from them. Do yourself a favor and hire Jimmy's Plumbing. They responded the same day that I called them, provided an estimate within 4 hours, and replaced the line promptly for the same amount as the estimate. Done!

Such nice, friendly, and courteous service!! Cameron (I hope I'm spelling it right!) helped as out with getting our water back on and running, and he was so sweet to my (well-meaning, yet barky) dog :)

Very professional. Was able to fit us in same day for service. Called 30 minutes ahead. I would use them again.
